How it works
A better model for better outcomes.
Traditional physio gives you 30 minutes once a week. Adapt gives you a gym, a physio on the floor, and a program in your pocket. Same clinical expertise. Far more of it.
Adapt replaces once-a-week physio with continuous, gym-based care. You train 3–5 times a week, your program lives in the app and updates as you progress, and a physio is on the floor every time you're there. One weekly membership, no lock-in.
The problem
Why traditional physio doesn't work for most people.
70%+
of rehab patients drop off before full recovery
$120–200
per 30-minute session, once a week
1 in 3
adults affected by musculoskeletal conditions
3–5×/wk
is the frequency research supports for MSK rehab
The problem isn't the quality of the clinician. It's the model. Once a week isn't enough training stimulus to drive meaningful adaptation. Adapt is built around fixing that.
The difference
Traditional physio vs Adapt.
| Feature | Traditional Physio | Adapt |

| Programming | Printed handout | App-based, updates as you progress |
| Cost per week | $120–200 for one session | $77–157 for unlimited gym access |
| Outcome tracking | Rarely measured | Tracked at every review |

Frequently Asked Questions
No. You can book your initial assessment directly. If you have a GP or surgeon referral, we'll coordinate with them — but it's not a requirement.
A 45–60 minute session. We assess your condition, movement, strength, and goals. You leave with a personalised program loaded into the app.
Personal trainers aren't qualified to diagnose, manage, or treat musculoskeletal conditions. At Adapt, the people on the floor are AHPRA-registered physiotherapists and ESSA-accredited exercise physiologists. That means your programming is clinically informed, and if something changes or something goes wrong, you're in the right hands.
