How it works
How the Adapt membership model works.
Adapt is a membership-based physiotherapy clinic in Neutral Bay. You get 7-day gym access, an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist on the floor, and a personalised program in the app. Clinical reviews are built into your membership tier.
Adapt provides gym-based physiotherapy via a weekly membership. Members train 3 to 5 times per week with physiotherapist support on the floor. Programs are built by your clinician and updated in the app after each review. Weekly billing, cancel anytime.
Why it matters
Training frequency and rehabilitation outcomes.
7-day
gym access on every Adapt membership
3–5×/wk
recommended training frequency for MSK rehabilitation
VALD
objective strength and symmetry data at key milestones
Weekly
billing with no lock-in contract
Evidence-based loading principles support higher training frequency for musculoskeletal rehabilitation. The Adapt membership model is designed around making that frequency accessible with clinical support at every session.
