Healthy Population & Longevity
Adapt is not limited to injury rehabilitation. Our membership is also suited to healthy adults who want clinician-guided strength, mobility and longevity programming. An AHPRA-registered physiotherapist assesses your movement and designs your program based on what you need.
l How does Adapt approach healthy population & longevity?
We assess where you are — movement quality, strength, cardiovascular fitness, any asymmetries or weaknesses worth addressing — and build a program around the key pillars of physical longevity: strength, cardiorespiratory fitness, mobility, and balance. Programs are periodised and update as you adapt.
What is the typical program timeline?
Ongoing membership. Programs are reviewed and updated at each clinical consultation.
