We built Adapt around higher frequency, better data.
Four founders: a technologist, an operations lead, a partnerships director and a head of clinical delivery. Each came to the same conclusion from a different angle. Rehabilitation works better when training frequency is high, outcomes are measured objectively and the care model is built around the member, not the appointment.
Adapt is a gym-based physiotherapy clinic in Neutral Bay. Clinicians on the floor. A platform that tracks what matters. A membership model designed for the frequency rehabilitation requires.

What we believe
The principles behind the model.
Frequency supports adaptation
Evidence-based loading principles support higher training frequency for musculoskeletal rehabilitation. We built a membership model where members train multiple times a week with clinicians available on the floor each session.
Objective data informs better decisions
We use VALD force plates, strength profiling and app-tracked progress to make clinical decisions based on what we can measure. Programs are updated based on data at each review.
A membership model changes the maths
Per-session billing means every visit is a separate decision. Our weekly membership gives members the access and frequency they need with predictable, transparent pricing and no lock-in.
The platform is part of the product
The Adapt app is how programs are delivered, updated and tracked. The more data it collects, the more useful it gets. For individual members and for the clinical protocols we build over time.
Where we're going
Three phases.
Phase 1: Prove
Open in Neutral Bay. Demonstrate the model works. Build outcomes data across our initial member cohort.
Phase 2: Scale
Second and third locations. Grow the clinical team. Build referral partnerships with surgeons and GPs across Sydney.
Phase 3: Platform
License the platform to other physio practices. Become the operating system for the next generation of exercise-based rehab.
