We built Adapt because the current model doesn't work.
Four founders — a technologist, an operations lead, a partnerships director, and a head of clinical delivery — who looked at the rehab space and saw the same problem from four different angles. Patients dropping off. Outcomes not being tracked. A billing model that rewards session count over recovery.
Adapt is our answer. Continuous, gym-based care. Clinicians on the floor, not behind a desk. A platform that tracks outcomes instead of just appointments.

What we believe
The principles behind the model.
Continuous beats episodic
One hour per week isn't enough training volume to drive the adaptations that matter. We built a model where members train multiple times a week, with clinicians on the floor every session.
Data over guesswork
Subjective patient reports are useful. Objective data is better. We use VALD force plates, strength profiling, and app-tracked progress to make decisions based on what we can measure.
Access shouldn't be a barrier
Traditional physio at $150 per session, twice a week, adds up to $1,200 a month. That's not realistic. Our membership model gives people the frequency they need at a price that doesn't require them to choose between rehab and rent.
The platform is part of the product
The Adapt app isn't an afterthought. It's how programs are delivered, updated, and tracked. The more data it collects, the more useful it gets — for individual members and for the clinical protocols we build over time.
Where we're going
Three phases.
Phase 1: Prove
Open in Neutral Bay. Demonstrate the model works. Build outcomes data across our initial member cohort.
Phase 2: Scale
Second and third locations. Grow the clinical team. Build referral partnerships with surgeons and GPs across Sydney.
Phase 3: Platform
License the platform to other physio practices. Become the operating system for the next generation of exercise-based rehab.
The team
Four founders. One clear problem to solve.
