Rehab Frequency

One session a week is not enough for musculoskeletal rehab. The research on training frequency is pretty clear. You need three to five exposures per week to drive the adaptations that actually stick.

The thinking behind it

The 'once a week' physio model made sense when physio was manual therapy and hands-on treatment. But for exercise-based rehab, which is the gold standard for most MSK conditions, frequency matters enormously. That's the structural problem Adapt was built to solve.
